- Built and shipped a production agentic-AI system — 35+ orchestrated specialist agents under human-in-the-loop governance — live on recurring revenue.
- Scaled a delivery organisation from 3 to 120 people; led engineering groups of ~350 across Europe.
- Carried technology portfolios of CHF 100–300M.
- Cut a flagship programme’s losses by 50% through a new 54-specialist development-centre model.
- Grew a stalled 3-person account to ~10M EUR in one year, winning the worldwide rollout against Accenture.
- Led a regulated medical-technology group through operational rebuild and due diligence to acquisition by Swiss Post.
Background
I founded AI-Fi and built MarKomX, a production generative-AI SaaS in which 35+ specialist agents operate under a coordinating director-agent with human-in-the-loop review, brand governance and compliance gating — Swiss-hosted and nLPD-compliant.
Before that I held executive mandates across regulated and complex businesses: CFO and Head of Operations of a medical-device and hospital-sterilization group led through to its acquisition by Swiss Post; co-founder and CIO of a clinical SaaS platform adopted by Swiss clinics; Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy CEO of a telecom infrastructure business.
Earlier, I built and led professional-services and development organisations at Digiquant, Capgemini, Axen, EDS and Digital Equipment — across Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Greece and Denmark — delivering more than forty platform transformations.
Board advisor and executive partner to mid-sized companies across Switzerland and Europe.
