AI & Digital Transformation Leader
Founder of MarKomX · ex-CTO / CIO / CFO · Organisations to ~350 · Trained board director (EPFL)
I build AI that reaches production — and tie it to the P&L.
Technology executive with 30 years taking complex solutions from concept to enterprise-scale production — and now building generative and agentic AI hands-on rather than only directing it.
My career has alternated between two vantage points that rarely meet in one person: the engineering side, where I have architected systems, written production code and led development organisations of up to ~350 people; and the executive side, where I have held CTO, CIO, CFO, COO and Chief Strategy Officer mandates, sat on boards, and carried responsibility for P&L, governance and M&A outcomes.
That combination is what I bring to AI. I am not interested in AI for its own sake — I am interested in AI that reaches production, survives contact with compliance and security, gets adopted by real users, and shows up in the numbers.
I work across regulated and complex environments — healthcare technology and medical devices, telecom, financial services and industrial operations — in French, English and Italian.
MarKomX is the generative-AI product I founded, designed and took to market through AI-Fi.
It is a production system, not a prototype: 35+ specialist AI agents operate under a coordinating director-agent, with human-in-the-loop review, brand-guideline enforcement and a compliance check before anything is published. Swiss-hosted and nLPD-compliant.
Building it meant designing the things that decide whether applied AI actually works at scale — the evaluation framework, the guardrails, the reusable service tiers and the integration patterns that let a system run without someone checking every output.
The commercial logic is simple: a full marketing function from CHF 790 per month, against CHF 120,000+ for a single senior hire.
